This is why we built the virtual card system. Unlike cash assistance, our virtual cards cannot be used for non-essential items (like tobacco, alcohol, or luxury goods). If a recipient attempts to use the card at an unauthorized vendor, the transaction is automatically declined, protecting the integrity of your donation.

Yes. Uplift is a registered non-profit organization. After every donation, you will receive an automated email receipt for your records. If you set up a recurring monthly donation, we will provide an annual summary for your tax filings.
