Online Terms

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Donation and Assistance Terms

Donations: All donations made through our Squarespace/Stripe integration are processed securely. You may choose one-time or recurring monthly contributions.

Beneficiary Applications: Families seeking help must provide accurate documentation via our secure JotForm portal. We reserve the right to verify all information before approving assistance.

The Virtual Card: Assistance is provided via restricted-category virtual cards. Spending is strictly limited to pre-approved categories (e.g., groceries, fuel). Any attempt to bypass these restrictions is a violation of these terms.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. While we strive for "Live Impact" reporting, the dashboard metrics are updated manually and reflect the most recent data verified by our team.
